Q: Can I ship to a friend or family member?
A: Sorry, we only ship to the billing address or the address on the account.
Q: Why do I have to pre-authorize an amount? Can I just wait for a quote?
A: Shipping is a volatile business. A shipping quote is only good for a set amount of time and the time differs by the shipping company. In order to get you an accurate shipping quote it must be paid in a timely manner. It doesn't get any faster than pre-authorized. This also allows the shipping associate to get your product to you more quickly as they do not constantly monitor the invoices to see when they are paid.
Q: Who do I contact if I have any questions about shipping?
A: You can email us by responding to your Invoice email that you received the day after the auction. You can email us at support@liquidbidding.com. You can also call the facility you won the invoice from directly.

All requests must be done by Monday following the Auction as we only ship on Thursday. Its recommended to preauthorize a shipping amount to avoid delays in shipping. We will only charge the amount required to ship your invoice.
. We use USPS or UPS or FEDEX, whichever is the most price efficient. All shipping will include tracking for your items.
